Valid Tropical Weather Discussion
The NHC has issued TWD (Tropical Weather Discussion) at 9:55 PM EDT. Tropical Weather Discussion for the Fictonia Basin, Fictonia, and other territories.
...TROPICAL WAVES...
Tropical wave development has resumed. A tropical wave is between 0W and 6E. A tropical wave is between 12E and 18E, producing high seas and isolated showers and thunderstorms.
...FICTONIA BASIN...
It appears our time of grace must come to an end as our next system is appearing on our GFS and EURO runs, and conditions are beginning to support the models. A large plume of moisture content is expected to move north, and sea temperatures are beginning to spike in many portions of the basin, with temperatures of 31 to 34 degrees Celsius being reported from local mariners. Wind shear is beginning to dwindle down in the central and southern portions of the basin, but is still present very much in the north, and will hinder if all conditions and chances of formation. Now, for our main subject, the system in the models. We are still on edge about it, but it is a signal, and we definitely will need to closely monitor it, as it is showing a chance of landfalling somewhere between Epsilon de Norte and Aqualand. We cannot rule out a more defined area, but if we had to, we would say Valencia and Deltaland. Again, we cannot rule out a defined area. We are already seeing conditions appear for our system, which has already formed as a tropical wave with showers and thunderstorms. While we do not suggest preparations, we suggest closely monitoring this situation.
Valid Tropical Weather Outlook
The NHC has issued TWO (Tropical Weather Outlook) at 12:26 PM EDT.
For the Fictonia Basin,
(10/60)
There are still a few changes in our original forecast, apart from the environment for the broad area of low pressure forming between 25W and 14W becoming more apparent. This will allow the system to produce better-organized showers and thunderstorms, and later may possess tropical characteristics. A tropical depression or tropical storm could form later this week.
