CALINO / EPSILON DEL SUR / FICTONIA - Calino, Epsilon del Sur and Southern Fictonia was recently battered with heavy rain and flooding. The Fictonia Weather Prediction Center issued a high risk for excessive rainfall across much of the map. Following this, numerous flash flood warnings and emergencies were issued especially in southern Fictonia. One Flash Flood Emergency was for the Madawaska metro. The warning there had stated "Local law enforcement continued to report that flood waters in Madawaska and East Madawaska were rising, with a good portion of the city inundated in high water. The Madawaska River is at a record-setting river level, higher than those seen in the most severe of tropical cyclones that have made landfall here. Between 10-15 inches of rain has fallen."
These recent floods have been some of the worst floods that southern Fictonia has ever seen.
